Q1.What's your time of making samples?
Usually it will take 7~15 days to make the fresh sample.
Q2. What's the sample policy?
We would like to supply the sample but the sampling charges are supposed to be paid by the buyer. Once the order is confirmed and relative deposit reaches us, you are assured that the relevant sampling charge will be refunded to you.
Q3.What is your payment terms?
We usually accept 30% T/T in advance, L/C or western union ,70% balance would be paid before shipment.
Q4. How do I order?
Please share your full requirements or picture you want by Email or Trademanager, I will quote you the competitive price as per the details of the product (quantity, fabric, sizes, colors, design etc.).
Then I will make an proforma invoice for you to confirm according to your order list.
I will arrange the production after you pay for the goods.
Q5. Can I mix sizes?
Yes. When quantity reaches the MOQ, you can mix sizes as you wish.
Q6. What should I do if the product has quality problems?
We can guarantee the quality and take responsibility for that within one month after arrival of the goods at the destination place unless artificially damaged.
Q7. How to confirm the style of the garment?
If you have your own design, we will make garments for you as per your design. If you don't have the design, you can share with us your full requirements, we can offer you some samples for your check.
